I used to be big on desktop modification, and an active part of the Neowin and DA theming community. My themes have thousands upon thousands of downloads, and I think at one point I was considering making them for a living; selling them. Then windows vista came out, and I was completely satisfied with the default glassy panes on my desktop--I lost the need to make my own themes, and thus my creative juices started spilling into other areas.
I started writing music, I continued making artwork, but most significant of all, I started writing a book, and I realized it was something I really enjoyed.
I am presently living in Indianapolis, writing mythic fantasy, trying to query agencies and get represented. I have a blog which partly details my experiences as a writer, and partly acts as an archive for some of my shorter, older stories. I'll be getting more work up there soon.
